Effective from 22 August 2026. Vyloka ("we", "our", "us") is an analytics service operated as a registered sole proprietorship in India. By creating an account, uploading a file, subscribing, or otherwise using vyloka.com (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Vyloka provides derived analytics — statistics computed from data, never the data itself and never advice. Concretely, the Service does two things. (1) Trade Autopsy: it analyzes the trade history you upload and shows statistics about your own past trading alongside historical market context. (2) Market intelligence: for subscribers, it describes current and past market conditions — a 10-parameter read across major Indian indices, intraday regime timelines, daily pre-market and post-market summaries, and condition alerts whose thresholds you configure yourself. Every number on the Service is a derived score, percentile, count or label — a description of what the market or your own trading has done, never an instruction about what to do next.
Vyloka does not provide investment advice, research reports, trading tips, calls, signals, target prices, entry or exit levels, buy/sell/hold recommendations, or portfolio management — not on the website, not in reports, not in alerts, not in Telegram or email messages, and not in any other output of the Service. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, stock broker or portfolio manager, and nothing on the Service should be read as if we were. Condition labels, scores, strike-level open-interest observations and similar outputs are descriptive market state: they describe observed conditions and positioning, not levels to trade, not support or resistance, and not forecasts. The Service displays no live tradable prices and redistributes no market data feed.
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes. Any trading or investment decision you make — including any position you open, hold, size, hedge or close while or after using the Service — is made solely by you, at your own risk and on your own judgment. You agree that you will not treat any output of the Service as a recommendation or inducement to transact, and that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyloka and its proprietor are not liable for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or other financial outcomes arising from decisions you make. Trading in derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past behaviour — the market's, a model's, or your own — does not indicate future results. If you need advice about any security or position, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. Accounts are created via Google sign-in; you are responsible for the security of your Google account. One account per person; accounts and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
You must upload only your own tradebook, or one you are authorised to analyze. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us the limited right to process it solely to generate your reports and personal statistics and to operate the Service. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how uploads are handled (files are parsed in memory and not stored).
Broker connection. Live analytics are computed from market data delivered to you through your own broker account, which you connect by signing in with your broker. The resulting access token is used only to read quotes on your behalf during that trading day — the index, its option chain near the money and the index's constituent stocks, in one batched call a minute; the stock quotes are reduced to one breadth figure and no stock price is displayed — is held encrypted, expires when your broker expires it and is deleted by 06:00 the next morning. We never place, modify or cancel orders, never read your holdings, positions or funds, and never use your connection for anyone else's screen. You may disconnect at any time from the Intelligence page.
Vyloka Full Access is a monthly subscription priced in INR and processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or UPI details. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for and no further renewals are charged. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial — full access from day one, no payment method required; when it ends, member features lock until you subscribe, nothing is charged automatically, and your data and reports are kept. One trial per person. Prices may change prospectively with notice; a change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for. One-time Trade Autopsy reports purchased before the subscription era remain yours and are honored in full.
You agree not to: scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service; probe, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the scoring system's thresholds, weights or formulas; redistribute, resell or commercially republish Vyloka's analytics (including screenshots at scale, mirrors, or feeding our outputs into a competing product); upload fabricated or third-party trade data to distort statistics; share account access; or interfere with the Service's operation. We may refuse or terminate service for violations, with a pro-rata refund of any unused paid period when the termination is at our initiative and not caused by fraud or abuse.
The Service — its software, methodology, scores, text, design and branding — belongs to Vyloka. Your tradebook data and the personal statistics derived from it are yours to keep, export and delete. Nothing in these terms transfers our IP to you or your data ownership to us.
Where the numbers come from. Live, minute-level analytics are derived from market data delivered to you through your own broker connection and shown only to you. Pages visible without signing in use only the exchange's published end-of-day files. Historical statistics, movement budgets and the graded record are computed from Vyloka's research archive: the exchange's published end-of-day files and observations recorded on the founders' own broker connections. Session labels, regime names and the graded record are Vyloka's own classification of a session, not market data. No market data is redistributed: every figure shown is a derived value, a classification or a historical frequency.
Analytics are computed from historical market data and the files you upload. Market data can contain gaps, delays and errors from upstream sources; our formulas are versioned and deterministic but not infallible, and coverage varies by index and is labelled where it does. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features; if we discontinue the paid Service entirely, unused paid periods are refunded pro-rata.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Vyloka is not liable for trading or investment losses of any kind (see section 3); (b) Vyloka is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data; and (c) our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.
You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms as described in section 7. Sections 3, 8, 10 and 12 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the proprietor's registered place of business in India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold. Before litigation, please raise issues via the grievance process on the Contact page — most problems are fixable in one email.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. The prior version applies to any billing period that started before the change.
