Refund Policy

Effective from 22 August 2026.

The trial is the guarantee

Vyloka Full Access starts with a 7-day free trial — full access, no payment method required — precisely so you can evaluate everything on your own trades before paying a rupee. Because the evaluation happens before any money changes hands, monthly subscription fees are not refundable once a billing period has started.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation stops all future renewals immediately; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. No cancellation fees, no forms, no retention hoops.

Always refunded in full

Billing errors are never yours to absorb: duplicate charges, charges after a completed cancellation, or a charge without the corresponding access being provided are refunded in full — one email to support@vyloka.com with the payment reference. If we ever discontinue the paid Service, or terminate your account at our initiative for reasons other than fraud or abuse, the unused portion of your paid period is refunded pro-rata.

Legacy Trade Autopsy purchases

One-time Trade Autopsy reports bought before the subscription era keep their original guarantee: if the report taught you nothing actionable, email support@vyloka.com within 7 days of that purchase for a full refund — one honest sentence about why helps us improve but is not required. One such refund per customer.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. If a refund has not reached you after 10 business days, write to us with the payment reference and we will chase it with the gateway.

Free reports & trials

The free mini-autopsy and the 7-day trial involve no payment and therefore no refunds. Nothing is ever charged during or after a trial unless you explicitly subscribe.
