If your paid Trade Autopsy teaches you nothing actionable, email support@vyloka.com within 7 days of purchase and we refund the full amount. No forms, no argument — one honest sentence about why it fell short helps us improve, but is not required.
One refund per customer, lifetime. This keeps the guarantee honest for everyone while making the first purchase risk-free.
The analysis scope — NIFTY index options and futures from a Zerodha tradebook — is stated on the home page, on the upload form, and on the report itself before payment, and your report shows exactly how many trades were analyzed and how many were set aside before you unlock. "I didn't realise the scope" is therefore not a refund ground on its own; "the analysis taught me nothing" always is.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval.
The free mini-autopsy involves no payment and therefore no refunds.
