Effective from 22 August 2026. This policy explains what we collect and why — in plain language, because you should not need a lawyer to read it. Vyloka, a sole proprietorship registered in India, is the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.
(1) Your tradebook file — trade timestamps, instruments, quantities and prices, and the broker client ID contained in it. (2) Your email address from Google sign-in — we receive only your email and basic profile name; never your Google password. (3) Telegram chat ID, only if you choose to connect Telegram, so the bot can message you — nothing else from your Telegram account. (4) Subscription status from Razorpay — plan, state and renewal dates; never card or UPI details, which Razorpay alone handles. (5) Alert settings you create — the conditions and thresholds you asked to be notified about. (6) Technical logs — IP address, browser type, and which pages were visited — used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic statistics. (7) Cookies: a signed sign-in cookie, a report-access cookie, and a theme preference. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies. (8) Broker access token, only if you connect your broker account — the short-lived token your broker issues at sign-in, plus your broker client ID. Never your broker password, and never your holdings, positions or funds.
Tradebook files are parsed in memory and are not stored — the file itself is discarded after analysis; only the derived report and statistics are kept, attached to your account so you can reopen them.
Generating your reports and personal statistics; running your subscription and trial (including enforcing the one-trial-per-person rule); delivering the alerts, briefs and summaries you asked for by email and/or Telegram; keeping the Service secure; and support. We do not profile you for advertising, and we do not use your trade data to train models for anyone else.
We never place, modify or cancel orders through a connected broker account, and never use one member's broker connection to compute anything for another member. We never sell your data. We never share your trades with anyone. We never display your identity publicly. Share cards are anonymised, and rupee amounts appear on them only if you switch them on yourself.
Razorpay — payments and subscription billing (they receive your payment details directly; we never do). Google — sign-in only. Brevo — delivers transactional email to your address. Telegram — delivers bot messages, only if you link it. DigitalOcean — hosting, on servers in India (Bangalore region). Cloudflare — network proxy and DDoS protection in front of the site. None of these processors receives your trade data beyond what a message you requested contains, and each processes data under its own security obligations.
Broker tokens are stored encrypted at rest on servers in India, used only to read quotes (index, option chain and constituent stocks) for your own screen during the trading day, and deleted by 06:00 the following morning or the moment you disconnect, whichever is earlier. The minute-level data read on your behalf is held for that session only and deleted on the same schedule.
Data is stored on servers in India with encrypted transport (HTTPS) throughout. Reports and personal statistics are kept until you delete them or your account. Technical logs are kept for security and aggregate statistics. The record that an account has used its one free trial is retained even after account deletion — it contains only an account identifier and a date, and exists solely to keep the one-trial rule honest.
You can access your reports any time from your account; disconnect Telegram any time; and correct your email by signing in with the right Google account. For full deletion, email support@vyloka.com from your registered address and we will delete your reports and account data within 7 days and confirm. You may also raise any privacy grievance to the same address with subject "Privacy" — it is handled personally, within the timelines required by Indian law.
The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Material changes to this policy are announced on the site with a new effective date.
