Effective from 12 August 2026. This policy explains what we collect and why — in plain language, because you should not need a lawyer to read it.
(1) The tradebook file you upload — trade timestamps, instruments, quantities and prices, and the broker client ID contained in it. (2) Your contact details when you sign in or pay (email/phone). (3) Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse prevention.
Generate your report, remember which free report window was served, process payments, and provide support. That is all.
We never sell your data. We never share your trades with anyone. We never display your identity publicly. Share cards are anonymised and rupee amounts appear only if you choose to include them.
Data is stored on servers in India (DigitalOcean, Bangalore region) with encrypted transport (HTTPS) throughout. Payment credentials are handled entirely by Razorpay and never touch our servers.
Email support@vyloka.com from your registered address and we will delete your uploaded data and reports within 7 days.
